-What is your shipping policy?
If an order is placed before 12PM (PST), we will ship it out the next business day, or earlier, if possible. If an order is placed after 12PM (PST), we will ship it out in two business days, or earlier, if possible. All orders will ONLY be shipped out if we have received payment. In cases where there are a lot of pending orders ahead of yours, your shipment may be delayed.

-What is your shipping rate?
Shipping rates are estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote. If it is more, you must make a payment before the order is shipped out. If it is less, you will be refunded the next day after your order is shipped out.

-How can I track a package?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

-What is your shipping policy for 2-Day or 3-Day orders?
2- and 3-day orders must be made before 12PM (PST) in order to be shipped out that day. If a 2- or 3-day order is placed after 12PM (PST) it will be shipped out the next business day.

OUT OF STOCK
If an item(s) is out of stock we will ship all items that are available & ready to ship. For the items out of stock we will update comment section on order with out of stock items.

Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully as our terms have recently changed.

  • All items are final sale
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturer defects and must be pre-approved
  • STORE CREDIT ONLY
Manufacturer Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, you must contact us at [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.
Your return request must include:
  • Order number
  • Item number (Color and quantity included)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the merchandise you wish to return
Once your request has been approved, the merchandise must be shipped and in transit back to Dancing Queen within 2 DAYS of receiving approval. All labels provided to the customer will be standard service or UPS Ground; customers will be responsible for expedited shipping costs. If the items are not shipped within the 2 day period, your return request will be denied and cancelled.
 
There is a $20 restocking fee (per item) for all non-defective returned merchandise.
 
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

How do I make an exchange?
There are no exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders’ payment will be made by PAYPAL.

We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. DancingQueenDress.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
(1) The customer refuses to accept the package.
(2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

DancingQueenDress.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

What is your return policy for international orders?
All refunds will be given by STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
